Free Trials

If Inbox One offers a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Once the trial expires and a paid subscription begins, charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- You were charged incorrectly due to a technical or billing error.
- You experienced a service-related issue that prevented access to core functionality and could not be resolved by our support team.
- A duplicate payment was made for the same subscription period.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Partial use of a subscription period.
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Lack of usage or dissatisfaction due to user preference.
  • Services already delivered or features already accessed.

Once a billing cycle has started, it is considered active and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied. No refunds are issued for unused time remaining in the billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund

• Reason for the refund request

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original charge date.

Processing of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and can take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
